7 steps to success
In order to achieve maximum added value, the software will be exactly tailored to your needs. This is how we ensure that you benefit from doCOUNT in the best possible way:
1. Requirements analysis
In a first step, we introduce you to our platform and our experience. Then we highlight your previous activities and experiences in sustainability and data management and discuss your visions and goals for the future, pointing out how we can support you in achieving your goals.
2. Definition of project plan
Based on the requirements analysis, we determine exactly which technical, conceptual and associated services are to be rendered by our partners and us. These include, among others, system configurations, definition of processes, data imports and training. The resulting project plan specifies which milestones are to be reached by which parties by which date in order to install a functioning management system in a timely manner.
3. Definition of customer agreement
All information from the requirements analysis and the project plan is laid down in a customer agreement, so that you can be sure to obtain the services you expect.
4. Configuration phase
During the configuration phase, either our experienced team performs the predefined tasks or the training phase is held earlier and you configure your solution yourself, almost as easily as in Excel. These tasks include, for example, defining processes and preparing the organisational structure as well as data entry forms and reports. We take care of importing any archived data and setting up database connections.
5. Test phase and definition of service level agreement
Once the configuration phase is completed, we ask you to test the system. If changes are necessary, the system is further adapted or configured. Once the product meets your requirements, the milestone is reached and the product is made available to you. A service level agreement helps to ensure smooth operation and the security of your data.
Our well-tried training packages bring your users up to speed. The training can be held online or on location. We offer courses for any type of user, from data supplier to system administrator. The system is easy to learn so that you will soon be able to teach users in your company yourself.
7. System launch
As soon as the configuration phase and training are completed, you are ready to start the system. We regularly discuss your progress during this initialising phase.
